Kleinberg Wines

Description

Kleinberg Wines at Kleinbosch Estate offers a unique package of country
activities all at one location on a working farm with Nguni cattle and
thoroughbred horses. Guests can spend a day with their family, friends or
corporate group enjoying wine tasting of Kleinberg's own range of wines,
cheese platters or a range of goodies from our country pantry, coffee pot
and expanding deli while their children play on our large jungle gym and
trampoline.

Our country adventures include:

Clay pigeon shooting - Guests can practice their skill while enjoying the
views. Our clay pigeon shooting has proved to be very popular activity with
grooms and their friends on the morning of the wedding. The guests have a
great time competing with each other and the best man leaves with a
certificate to present later to the groom, which gives an indication of the
groom's prowess with a shotgun. Shooters will be required to sign an
indemnity form. Booking essential.

Horse riding with an experienced guide - Guests will explore 500 hectares of
farmland and natural bush which includes 7 dams and part of the original
Voortrekker road. Horse and tack provided. Riders will be required to sign
an indemnity form. Booking essential.

Trout fishing- Guests can cast their flies over one of 7 dams and experience
what the Midlands is all about! (Catch and release only.) Must bring own
fishing equipment.

Wine tasting at Kleinberg Wines- A tasting of the Kleinberg range of wines
which includes Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Stein, Cabernet Sauvignon,
Picnic Rouge and Pinotage. May be accompanied by a cheese and biscuit tray.
