Ideally
located and set in sixty acres on the main Clarens to Bethlehem road in
Orange Free State,
South Africa,
Graceland Lodge is the perfect place to stop as well as being easy and
convenient to reach.
With spectacular views of the Golden
Gate Mountains, you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner on the veranda,
or simply sit in comfort and style in our thatched and wildlife-themed
restaurant.
With a large conference and function room, as well as a spacious, yet
homey bar area with pool tables, it has something for everyone, whether a
business person, or a family. For the kids, we have a dam with an Island
which serves as an aviary and a petting zoo.
There is no shortage of choice for accomodation, which consists of five
overnight rooms, two chalets sleeping between six and eight, and a house
with seven luxurious en-suite rooms.
The aim was to create a place of tranquillity with spacious facilities
yet retain a homey atmosphere.
The Guest Lodge was chosen principally for its location, ideally located
geographically (click on the map on the right). It is also easily accessible
without having to drive kilometres along unmade roads. Yet, for all that, it
retains it's remote feel.
