Battlefields Country Lodge is situated in Dundee and lies an the the heart of the battlefields in Kwazulu Natal. Explore Boer, Brit and Zulu battle sites at Isandlwana, Rorke’s Drift & Blood River. The lodge is nestled in green valleys overlooking rolling hills, dams and the famous Talana hill which is the site of the first battle between the Boers and the British soldiers!
Battlefields Country Lodge boasts with 50 accommodation units ranging from unique, silo-styled units to luxury, self-catering suites set in beautiful lush gardens with swimming pool and overlooking dams, mountains, horses, some game and stunning bird life..
Our excellent country-style buffet is served in the fully licensed “Lapa Ukhamba” watering hole is an experience on its own.
The lodge has conference & function facilities accommodating up to 400 people., Air-strip, driving range & fishing on site.
Annual Aeroplane & Microlight fly in mid June.
